Jake Soria is a U.S.-trained lawyer who recently completed a fellowship as a legal advisor in the International Crimes and Accountability program at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights in Berlin. During his time at ECCHR, he worked on international legal accountability for crimes against people on the move in Libya and the Mediterranean.
